There is a complete road from Buhl to the pro ject which renders it very accessible. The road is suitable for hauling either with team or motor truck. There are thousands of acres of open range adjoining this project on the south and west because of which it is especially suitable for sheep and cattle men and because of which it should also be more suitable for general farm purposes than lands that are not accessible to the range, for it will insure a readv sale of practically everything produced, right at the farmer's door. The contour of the land is praised by everyone who has had an opportunity to see it It has a gentle' slope to the northeast, just enough for suitable drainage, and anyone having had experience in this country knows that a northeast slope is by far the most tie i . The headgates are the Burnham type, each one constructed of : tool and set in concrete ami equipped with a patented measuring device so that each and overv water user may be able to know, at all times, the exact amount of water that he is using, without consulting the water master. The entire project has the r -ms graded on all section lines.
