Delinquent Taxpayers Take Notice On the first Monday in July next, at the Courthouse door in Cookeville, Ten nessee, I will offer at public sale all the real estate belonging to delinquent tax payers of Putnam County for the year 1910. Carr, deceased, home place, lying and being in the 19th Civil District of Putnam County, Ten nessee, adjoining the lands of Ed- Can non on the east, Graham on the south, by Streets on the west and north, con taining one acre more or less. TERMS OF SALE Said sale will be made on a credit of six, -twelve and eighteen months, ex cept 20 per cent, cash, to be paid on day of sale, and in bar of equity of re demption. Notes, drawing interest from day of sale, with good personal security, will be required of the purchaser, and a lien will be retained on the property sold, as further security.
