CHANCERY LAND SBLE By virtue of a decree of the Chancery Court of Futnam County, Tennessee, in the case of - Carlen & Co. et al vs. Jos eph Huddleston et a, on Saturday, the 6th day of August. 1911, at the court house door in Cookeville, Tenn., I will sell to the highest bidder the following described tract of land, to-wit: Situate and being in the 1st or 19th civil district of Putnam County, Tenn., and bounded as follows: Beginning at a stake in A; Choate's southwest corner and running 40J poles to a rock in lhos. Choate s north boun dary line in his 1,000 acre tract; thence east with said line about 80 poles to tne T. C. R. R. right-of-way; thence north east with said railroad about 40 poles to a stake; thence west 92 poles to a post oak and post oak pointers; thence north with ii.lla Daton s west boundary line about 21 poles to a stake m said boun dary line; thence west about 40 poles to the beginning, containing 18 acres, be the same more or less. This includes and excludes a tract neretof ore sold and conveyed to Daniel Brown, and about one. acre heretofore sold and con veyed to Mike Johnson and Lizzie Ram sey. TERMS OF SALE 25 per cent, cash will be paid on day of sale, balance on a credit of. six and twelve months, and notes with good se curities required; a lien retained for the purchase money.
