CHANCERY LAND SALE By virtue of a decree of the Chancery Court of Futnam County, Tennessee, m the case of T. L. Herron vs. J. A. Bus sell et a, on Saturday, the 5th day of August, 1911, at the courthouse door in Cookeville, Tenn., I will sell to the highest bidder the following described tract of land; to-wit: Lying on the south side of the T. C R. R.. in Civil District No. 13 of Put nam County, Tenn., the same being a part of the Dollar Farm containing by estimation 35 acres and bounded as fol lows: Beginniug on a stone in a hollow, running thence eastward down said hoi low with its meanders to a stake in i paling fence; thence westward with said paling fence to a stone at the Cooke ville and Buffalo Valley Road; thence northward with said road to a stake on top of the railroad cut; thence eastward with the right of way of said railroad to a stake and persimmon pointers in A. M. Palmer's line or corner; thence south 20 poles to a rock in the hollow.
