Association of I. O. O. F. Lodges with Algood Lodge on the 28th Inst, this lodge will not hold Its regular meeting on that date, but will attend the association. The election of officers will take place Dec. 5th, the first meeting in December, at which time It is hoped there will be a full attendance. It is proposed to celebrate the 41st anniversary of the lodge Dec. 19th. A committee has been appointed on ar rangements, program, &c, to report Dec. 5th. Two additions were m&de to the committee of entertainment for the good of the order. Bro. L. A. Copeland neglected to be present and deliver a 30 minute talk for the good o the order. All should attend our meeting on Dec. 5th, 1914. - .. . Cookeville Camp No. 12248, M. WA held another good meeting Tuesday night. TThe Consul's station was fill ed by B. L. Clark as Consul pro tern. Considerable business was despatch ed and a Jolly time was had discussing membership plans. ' The camp is expecting the District Deputy, Mr. Litna Adamson, of Nash ville to vie it Cookeville in the near fu ture and start something in the way of woodcraft The important item in the order of business for the next meeting is the regular election of officers. In order that a "good" bunch may be put in charge for the icoming year, every member should be present. On the side, refreshments. BAXTER SAILORS N M iss Ruth Apple, recruiting officer of the Sailors, has returned to Baxter after two weeks illness. A gathering of young people was held on Tuesday evening at the home of the Misses Braswell. A musical program was enjoyed and steps were taken toward perfecting the local organization of the Sailors, the young people of the community Joining in an effort to hav a local ship instituted. Thos. G .Hill, special field officer, Is expected in Bax ter early next week, at which time final plans will be made.
