Going East.
I can't go fishing this week-end. At least my partner tells me
that it is more important that I go to Grand Rapids. Mich..
Rockford, 111., and Chicago. I’m going to try to locate some
furniture but I believe it is going to be impossible. It is fortunate
that we stocked up as heavily as we did. I'll be gone at least
a week but will write you from one of the above cities and tell
you what I locate.
We still have some beautiful living room sets with coil spring
construction. Trade in your old one.
I might mention again that we have some very attractive used
furniture on which we can save you considerable money. Right
now we have some lovely suites* for any room in the home. Yes,
terms may apply on the used as well as the new’ furniture.
Many of these papers go to people in all parts of the United
States. In fact we have had answers to our ads from almost
every state in the union. No matter where you are let us
know if we can help you locate whatever you need. Minne
sota is ideally situated as far as the war is concerned. We are
in the land of plenty. Yesterday we shipped three outboard
motors to the" west coast.
Let me remind you once more to let us Iqpd you a rug to use
for the duration. We will give you the same back on a better
rug after the war is over. 9x12 size sells for $29.50. They
come in all colors, will give good wear and are attractive.
