At Oshawa, Nicollet county, on
the 11th, a farmer named Palmer was
hauling wheat from the machine to the
granary, and in doing so had to cross
the dooryard. His little boy, aged two
years, ran out and was run over by the
heavily loaded wagon and instantly
killed.
The manager of the Fort Wayne,
Ind., Gazette, Mr. B. M. Holman, says
he has often read of the wonderful
cures effected by St. Jacobs Oil. Be
cently he sprained his ankle,and invest
ed in a cane and a bottle of St. Jacobs
Oil. The latter proved the better in
vestment, as it entirely cured his ankle.
Mr. John Walton, a Methodist
parson, is being investigated by a com
mittee of his church at Minneapolis, on
the charge of rape and forgery. The
former crime is said to have been done
at Wadena, March 15, 1885, upon the
body of Hattie Webster, a girl 12 years
old, while she was at his house.
Col. Wm. Louis Schley, Grand Secre
tary I O. M. Grand Lodge, Maryland,

John Oleson, who had his leg cut
off by the cars at Anoka, and was taken
for a tramp, turns out to be the only
son of an eminent German teacher in
Luxemburg. He ran away from home
and his whereabouts were unknown.
His relatives are all wealthy and the

other things, that they have fully administered
