Linn County Circuit Court and stating

State of Missouri atd cannot be serve with
notice of the pendanoy of this suit by the
usual and ordinary process of law In this
state; that the Plaintiff and Defendants
have title to Lots Nos. Fifty-Eight (58) and
Sixtv (60) in the east half of Block no. Mine'
teen (19) in the original town, now city, of
Laolede, Missouri; are tenants in common,
and as such are entitled to partition of such
real estate according to their respective In
terest in the same, and Plaintiff prays for
Judgment of partition and that the lands be
sold an 1 after all costs are paid the proceeds
be divided anioug the respective owners.
It is therefore ordered by the Clerk in va
cation that the Defendants. Edward R.
Black, William Black, Elizabeth Loomis,
Ella Millett, Missouri Dunkle, Emma Given.
Agnes Snyder and Ida Stimmell, be notified
by publication that Plaintiff herein has filed
suit the object and general nature of which
Is to procure a partition of the above de
scribed real estate; and it s lurtner ordered
that the Defendants be and appear in this
court on Monday, the first day of the Deo
cember Term. 1905. of the Linn County Olr
- cult Court (the same being the 11th day of
December, 1905) to be holden at the City of
Linneus, Linn County, Missouri, ana on said
day to answer or plead to said petition or In
default therein said petition will be taken
as confessed and judgment by default will
he rendered against the defendants.
It is furthet ordered that a copy of this
order be published at least once a week for
four consecutive weeks in Thk Laclkok
Blade, a weekly newspaper printed and
published and circulated in said Oounty of
Linn, dulv designated by I'lalntlff s attor
neys and approved by the Clerk as being
most likely to give notice to the Defendants.

cases of especial importance, but the
mill has been grinding along on such
