The Inability of the M. U. live stock judging team to place hogs correctly at the International Live Stock Show in Chicago is the reason attributed for Missouri's getting sixth rank, ac cording to members of the animal husbandry department of the College of Agriculture. Although Missouri took first on sheep, third on cattle and fourth on horses, the fact that eleventh place was received on h?gs lowered the local team's standing con siderably. R, E. Miller's taking fourth place for the individual judging, however, kept Missouri up to the front, where it has been for several years. M. U. men took first in 1907, 1910 and 1911 and fourth in 1912 and 1913. Be cause of the foot and mouth disease there were no contests in 1914 and 1915. Elks to Hare Christmas Tree.
