From the great number of sales of town property, it would seem that val ues are at last getting right and those who want to sell have come to tcrin. One of the greatest drawbauks to Hay ti has boon the blindness of some peo ple who own property in the business part of town in wanting from two to ten times its actual value. This class of property owners ought to be driven out of any town, and when property is hold to them they ought to be bound in an agreement to improve it.
