heginning on pape 2, öur readers will
find the Financial Statement of Osage
county, The county court has. this
year. awarded the printing of it to
the lowest bidder, thinking that this
would be more fair, more economical
and more serviceahle to the public
than havnig it pubüshed in several
papers and each one to reeeive its
proportionale share of the fall legal
rat? for such Publication.
This new method is fair because of
no favoritism on the part of the court
towards ny political party or indi
vidual. It is economical becauc f
