There are a lot of lazy loafers in this town who a.e continually crying about hard times and nothing to do, but ask one of them to work at good wages and he is not in it. He don't want work. Pursuant to the unanimous vote of the Republican Central Committee of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, the Rebublicans of the several townships of said county are requested to hold mass meetings, on Saturday, April 13th, 1396. for the purpose of choosing delegates to attend the Republican County Convention, to be held in the city of Jackson, on Saturday. April 2"ith, 1S!K, which said convention shall select delegats to the Senatorial Con vention. Congressional Convention and the two State Conventions.
