OBITUARY Hps Mrs. Devine has been a pa tient sufferer for the last three years, but her last moments were quite and peareful as her journey had been through life. In the hour of sorrow we are elad to know that Mrs. Devine lived a life in God afid when the final summons came was ready to go to her heavenly home, where'no sorrow and sin exists. Her death came as a shock to the family and a large circle of friends in the community of which she had been so loqg a resident. She was a woman cf friendly nature and with quite and unas suming ways, ever ready to ac commodate and to do a favor, thoueh seldom asking one for herself. N. D. AGRI. Mrs. John Devine passed away at her home in the town of Irving, May 23, 1914, at 12:40 a. m. Her death was caused by a complication of diseases. Helen Lennie was born in Dcnagal county. Ireland, on August I 5, 1833, and accompanied her par ents to America in 1855, On May 1, 1860. she was united in marriage to John Devine. They settled in Springfield. Wis., and in 1872 moved to the town of Irving, where they have since resided. To their union seven children were born, one dying in his infancy and one daughter. Mrs. Ellen Gardner, departed this life three years ago. She leaves to mr".rn their loss, her aged husbpnd. three davfhters. and two sons. Mrs, Mary Quack enbush of Harlem, Mont., T^rnes Devine who resided with his parents, Mrs. Carrie Savon of Harlem. Mont., whe has been at her bedside for the last four months, Mrs. Agnes Dunnigan of Beach, and John Devine of Har lem, Mont., a number of grand children and one brother. John Lennie of Alma Senter, Wis. She was a devoted member of the Catholic church. The funeral services were held Monday at the Catholic church in Trout, the Rev.
