D., July 3—There was a mussy of the republican ballots ac cording to the indications on the fifth day after last week's primaries. With Governor R. A. Nestos' majority ex pected to reach over 10,000 and Lynn J. Frazier reaching 10,000. Nonparti sans today claims that t. A. Poin dexter has secured the nomination for state auditor, S. A. Olsness, for commissioner of insurance, Milholland and Harding their indorsees for rail road commission. Also that their nominee, W. H. Church for commis sioner of agriculture and labor, and A. E. Bowman for lieutenant gover nor is believed. P. A. Garberg has a possible chance for the nomination for attorney general. Independents prac tically conceded Olsness and Poindex ter today but contest the nomination ifor lieutenant governor, the commis I sioner of agriculture and attorney gen eral. They announced the nomination of Thomas Hall for secretary of state and John Steen for treasurer. In re ply to the Nonpartisan's contentions that they have the majority of the senate and house the independents de clare that they have secured enough nominees on both republican and dem ocratic tickets to control both houses thru amalgamation in the fall. Non partisans base their claims for lieu tenant governor, commissioner of ag riculture, attorney general on the fol lowing figures at League headquar ters: Bowman 43,769, Hyland 47,687 in 1161 precincts. Church 4t,642, Kitchen 46,185 in 1920 precincts. Gar berg 48,020, Shafer 53,641 in 1221 precincts.
