E I BOY DROWNED IN THE SNAKE RIVER Otto Kaulp, Said to Have Been Born in Brown County. Las Week' Pine County Pioneer contains an article to the effect that Otto Kaul met his death by falling from the dock and drowning. W have been unable to locate any person by the name of Kaulp, but some of the Review readers may knowof thefamily. The article is as follows: Yesterday (Thursday) afternoon at about 2:30 o'clock Otto Kaulp, the ten year old son of Joh Kaulp, accident ally fell into the river at the foot of Main street, from off the the McGrath tie loading boom and sank in about six feet of water. He was not able to swim and gave a cry of distress, and help came as soon as possible, but not soon enough for his rescue. Every available doctor in town was notified as soon as possible, and they, together with assistants, made every effort to to resuscitate him. Otto was born on a farm in Brown county, this state, and moved here with his parents three years ago. He was a lively and cheerful little chap, but was unable to swim, and this proved to be his undoing. The funeral arrangements had not been planned up going to press.
