An Act to provide for a stenographer
clerk in the office of the insurance
commissioner.
Authorizes the Insurance Commis
sioner to employ an additional stenog
rapher-clerk at a salary of $1,800.00
per year. Aopropriates the sum of
$1,200.00 to supplement the appropria
tion made for the maintenance of the
department to pay the additional sal
ary.

Approved March 26, 1021.
An Act to provide for the filing- of
delinquent lists of lands and town lots
in toad and drainag-e districts for the
collection of delinquent taxes.
Provides that if the assessments
against lands for improvement district
taxes are not paid by the 10th of April
the same become delinquent and the
collector shall, on the second Monday
in June, make out and file with the
Chancery Court clerk a list of said
property, containing the name of the
supposed owner. Directs the clerk of
said Chancery Court to issue a notice
showing that said lands are delinquent
for such taxes. Authorizes si*eh per
sons to redeem such lands on the
payment of taxes, penalty and inter
est. The said chancery clerk shall re
quire the commissioners of the district
in filing suit for the collection of such
taxes to attach to their complaint a
certified copy of the list and notice
prepared and published by the clerk.

An Act to regulate the registration
of soldier, sailor and other non-resi
dent pharmacists and assistant phar
macists.
Authorizes the Board of Pharmacists
to register without examination any
pharmacist or assistant pharmacist
registered in any other state. terTitorv
or the District of Columbia, where sue"
other state, territory or the District of
Columbia grants such reciprocal rights
to pharmacists from this State.
Directs the State Board of Pharmacy
to issue bulletins from time to ime
informing the pharmacists of impor
tant United States Public Health regu
lations; service and regulatory an
nouncements of the Bureau of Chem
istry in the Department of Agriculture
and decisions of the United States
Treasury Department relating- to the
possession. use and sale of non
beverage U. S. P. alcohol and the Har

An Act to provide for co-operative I
soil survey work between the Federal '
Bureau of Soil and the Arkansas Ex
periment Station.
Authorizes the director of the Ex
periment. Station of the College of
Agriculture to expend suc.b sums as
are appropriated by this Act for the !
purpose of conducting- a scientific in
vestigation of the soil survey of the
State, classifying and locating' the dif
ferent soils and making surveys and
maps thereof.
Authorizes said director to employ
competent assistant soil survey men. to
fix their compensation and to purchase
necessary supplies. Authorizes the ,
county courts to make appropriations
out of the general revenue fund of
the counties for the purpose of co
operating with the said Experiment I
Station for the purposes of carrying j
out the provisions of this Act.
Appropriates the sum of $7,500.00 for
