Advt THANKTGIVING SERVICE A Union Thanksgiving Service will be held at the Christian Church Nov. 27th at 7 pm, ser mon by Rev. B. A. Few, pastor, of M. E. Church South. For a number of years it has been the custom of the churches of Prescott to hold a Union Ser vice on Thanksgiving day. On account of the custom of the peo ple to make this day a family re union day, an evening service was considered to be a better plan and on Thanksgiving, 1912 it was held at 7 p m in the Presby terian church and the attendance was large, and a splendid meet ing was the result. The mem bers of the churches together with the people concluded it was a better plan than a morning service and agreed to continue holding services at night.
