Uncle Sam Says To Stop Your Paper.
We have received orders to discontinue every paper AT ONCE if the subscription has not been paid. We under stood that we had till Nov. 1st to collect, but the paper condition is more critical than is generally understood, and the use of paper MUST BE CUT DOWN or there will not be enough to go around. This order is not in tended to deprive any reader of his paper, and it is not intended to work any hardship on the newspapers, but it is movement to save paper, and it is estimated that if every subscriber who is behind is cut off they will save 15 per cent required by the War Industries Board. If you are behind with your subscription, this issue will be the last you will receive till you send in your check. We do not wan! to lose you from the list, but it is our duty to help the government in everv way possible, and it is YOUR DUTY to help out, by keeping your subscription paid up or have your name cut off. If you want the paper continued, send us what you owe us and enough to pay ahead. If you do not want it, send us what you owe us and save us the trouble of hunting you up. We MUST HAVE OUR MONEY AT ONCE to meet our obliga tions. Send Us A Check or Money Order Today
