After the show at The Gem. the party went to the Bell Confectionery where deli cious refreshments were served. A delightful time is reported. Bunking Party. Mrs. J. M. Bill gave a bunk ing party Monday night to a list of eight girls in honor of Miss Cornee Guthrie, pride-elect. Swaim charmingly | entertained the members of the Rook Club at her home in the west part of the citv Tuesday afternoon. Delicious refresh ments of pineapple sherbet and ; cake was served. Features of the evening were music by Miss Sula Kate Benson, a reading by Elsey Harris—the royal decree of Cupid that Tom Fleeman and Miss Cornee Guth rie would be married June 12th— and progressive anagrams played at from tables.
