A committee consisting of Ora
Shaffer, Richard White and Ed Erick
son was appointed by the Mayor to
consider the question of changing the
Soda Creek overflow over to the hill
on the north side of the Reservoir and
to have it flow down in a series ot
about ten falls into Clear Creek. It
is also planned to have electric bulbs
along side of the water as it flows
down and which will make a very beau
tiful attraction as the electricity flow’s,
shows through water. The committee
will decide about these matters.
Mr. K. L. Kegennilter left for
D river la>t Sunday, where he will
remain several weeks under the
care of specialists taking a rest
cure. His offices will in the mean
while Ik in charge of his brother,

came down on the train this morning
and met Commissioner I. D. Ellis, when
the three left, for the foot of Berthoud
Pass to inspect the new road that is
worked there.
