No. 2 Gobierno de Condado.
Esta perspectiva es principalmente un análisis de Gobierno <o
Condado • solo una de nuestras muchas actividades dt Gobierno
que incluye no solo el condado de Costilla sino también comentos
. en muchos otros condados. Como cualquier otra unidad Goberna*
mental, su condado es una corporación la cnal es poseída y operada
por sur cuídadarios para el proposito de tener cuidado de ciertas
especificantes clases de oficios públicos. Las leyes de el estado
prescriben comí debiesen Ijs condados ser urbanizados y manteni
dos y prescribir oficiales y sus deberos. La estructura bastea do
gobierno de condado es regulada en algunos lespectes por estss
leyes de estado, pero las practicas y pólizas de negocio como bao
sido puestas y «eguidas por los debidos oficiales etejidos casi son
tan variadas como el numera de difersuteB condados en ol estado.

vidades de gobierno es dinero publico, no escusa al oficial, al ven*
dedor, o al empicado pur incompetencia y descuido en gastar estos
fuñaos públicos que aeberiau ser, en realidad, lus fundes de con

curado en hacerlo un asunto personal entra ios ouidadanos del
Condado,de Costilla y los oficiales que administran ios deberes
