WHEREAS. At a regular meeting
of 'the Board of Trustees of tho Town :
of Ordway, in the State of Colorado,!

Trustees would finally consider an

ordering and authorizing the im
provements therein proposed; and
WHEREAS. The said Town Clerk,
by advertising for a period of over
twenty days prior to the 7th day of
June. A. D., 1920, published in the
New Era, a newspaper of general circ
ulation In the Town of Ordway. gave
notice In form and substance of the
matters and things above mentioned,
as having been ordered to bo given in
all respocts in accordance with law
and said order; and
WHEREAS, No objections or com
plaints were made or filed against the
construction of said local improve
ments ar. proposed, or tho assessment
of the cost thereof by the owner or
owners of any lands within the said
proposed district, or by any person
interested generally; and
WHEREAS. More than thirty days
have elapsed since the date of the
! first publication of said notice; Now

The said action is brought by the
plaintiff to recover sixteen hundred
and seven and 50-100 dollars for ser
vices as an attorney at law, to-wlt;
the foreclosure and sale on account]
of a trust deed, of certain land in
Crowley County. Colorado, and the
collection of four promissory notes of
the principal sum of six thousand
dollars together with interest! on
them in the sum of four hundred
thirty dollars, which said notes pro
vided for 25 per cent attorney fees,
said sale was held by W. R. Ferguson
Public Trustee, for Crowley County,
at the Court House in Ordway, on the
10th., day of May 1920, to satisfy the
said notes made by Juanita Dean and
A. J. Dean and that said notes were
by reason of said sale fully paid and
satisfied, as will more fully appear
from the complaint in said action to
which reference is here made: A
copy of which is hereto attached.
And you are hereby notified that if
you fail to appear, and to answer the
said complaint as above required, the
said plaintiff will take judgment
against you for the sum claimed by
default.
