Public Sale, at the office of tho Treasurer of County of Phillips and State
of Colorado, on th 3
FIFTEENTH DAY OF NOVEMBER, A. D. 1921,
and succeeding days, commencing at th * hour of 10 o’clock a. m. of said day,

Be Enforced Against Germany

the Socialists—the Socialists of Germany, who pre

and afterward H-Mi-sinated. The German prople were
solidly Ix'himl that enterprise in 1914. and if they had won would have
gladly ‘Jinred the liooty. Therefore the German nation is responsible
, morally by that mid legally by its (rentits.
