The highest point in the j grade of Main street in the town of Lamar shall be iu the middle of i said street immediately in front oi j the residence of M. D. Parmentor, | situated on lots 16 and 17 in block 45 in the original plat of said town and shall be on a level with the door sill of the front door of said Par mentor’s residence. Sec, 2. An ordinance amending Fee. eight (8) of ordinance No. two (2) in re lation to the fees for wholesale and retail liquor licenses. Be it ordained by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the town of Lamar, Bent connty, Colo., in the nianner following, to-wit: J Sec. 1. That section eight (8) of /rdinance No. two (2) bo and the same is hereby amended to read as * follows: “The fee for a wholesale license shall be one hundred svA fifty dollars per annum, payable in advance and no such license shall bo granted for less than one year at a 111110. The fee for a retail liquor license shall be at the rate of four hundred dollars per annum, but no such licenee shall be granted for less Ilian three months at actinic and the fee shrill be paid in advance. Sec. 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions hereof are hereby repealed Site. 0.
