Public notice is hereby given that 1 will, according to law, offer
at public sale, at the office of tKe Treasurer of County of Elbert and
State of Colorado, on the
10TII DAY OF DECEMBER, A. D. 1920,
and succeeding days, commencing at the hour of 10 o’clock a. m. of
said day, so much of the following described real cstute, situate in
the said county on which taxes for the year of 1919 have not been
paid, as shall be necessary to pay the taxes hereinbelow set down,
interest and penalties, to-wit:
