BAOHE COMING AGAIN. A Survey of tbs Bar Work Probabls in a Few Days. Colonel Goodyear's work on tbs bar has about rsaobod that stage where it is proper to call for another survey. The call will probably be made in a few days. The steamer Baohe wiii be the ves sel ordered here on the surveying ex pedition. The officers on the Baohe made the last survey, spending sev eral months on the job. It is prob able that the Bacbe will be in port again within the next ten days There is little doubt that tbs next survey will show that Colonel Good year has all the water required. The Covers Now Being Put On By Con tractor Leonard. A force of men, under Contraotoi Leonard, is now engaged in putting on the long delayed covers on the wa ter reservoirs of the Light & Water Cos. The covers are of wood. “I will stick to my price of $-100 for the job,” said Contractor Leonard, “but I will lose money on it. Never theless, 1 will make it a good job, oom ing up fully to the requirements of tho city ordinance.” The covers are first being put on the surface resorvoirs.
