Tbe young people enjoyed a strata ride by moon light last Friday night. The ride to the Mil’s and back seemed all too short on that lovely night. The party was composed of Misses Idella Foreman, Annie Belle Taylor, Maida McDonald, Ella Callagbam and Edna Taylor, and Messrs. John Stevens, Charlie Taylor, Don McCsskill, Arthur and Douglas Tsylor. The Junior Auxiliary of the Episco pal ohurob recently gave an ice cream festival for the oause of missions at the home of Mr. W. C. Taylor. The house was beautifully deeorated with evergreen and the crimson blossoms of the trumpet vise. Dancing was in dulged in until a late hour. Quite a neat sum was realized, which has greatly encouraged the hearts of the little workers of this recently organ ized society. The mauy friends of Mrs. Rebecca Dodge regret to know that she will leave next Thursday for her home in Alexandria, Va. After a few weeks reet, she will go to Europe, where she will spend the summer- Being the mother of Rev AGP Dodge our late rsotor, makes her doubly dear. Miss Annie Belle Taylor will spend next week in Brunswick, the gueet of friends. Miss Jessie Bryan and her little sis ter Uermsds, who have been spending tbe winter here attending school, were oalled home by the illness little brother. They have been the guest of their aunt, Mrs. John Stevens. The friends of Mr. John Stevens jr , are glad to welcome him back after a lengthy stay on Jekyl Island, where be was employed during the winter month.
