The Common Council of the City of St - Paul do ordain as follows: S Section 1. lt is hereby made the duty ; of the Inspector of Buildings of the city of St. Paul to supervise; : inspect and ;., control .each,, every and all buildings or ky structures of every name, nature and \ kind now built and* standing in the city of St. Paul or that shall hereafter be * built therein. Sec. 2.
