Whereas, It has been the will of Al mighty God to take from our midst, by sad accideut, our esteemed brother, Michael Fla herty; and Whereas, It is but just that a tribute of respect should be accorded to him, whose true principles of honor endeared us all and bound us to him by united ties of brotherly love; Therefore be it resolved, That while we submit to the divine will of our Heavenly Father, we also regret the loss of a true and faithful brother, whose mem ory shall ever remain dear to the members of Division No. 1, A. O. 11., Ramsey county, Minn.
