OFFICIAL PUBLICATION Of Resolutions Adopted. l>y the Common Council of the City oi" St. Paul. gPBJ Ay F No. 945-By Mr. Pike- Resolved, That it be, and it is hereby made the duty of the Commissioner of Health to cause to be prepared a record book, or books, which shall contain an alphabetically ar ranged list of the streets of the City of St. Paul, aud in which shall be transcribed from month to month the report in detail of the Saint Paul Garbage Contractors, relative to the collection of garbage, as provided in the contract between the city and said contract ors. Resolved Further, That it be, and is hereby made the duty of the Commissioner of Health to cause to be prepared a record book in which shall be entered all complaints made to the Department of Health of Any neglect or refusal on the part of the contractors for the collection of garbage to perform their duties, as provided in said contract, which books shall be accessible to the | members of the Common i ouucil and city officers at all times during oflice hours, the expense of all which shall be paid for out of tne general fund, tin 1 expense thereof not to exceed one hundred dollars.
