The issue is clear cut. That is what the destructionists want. resultant poor service. Settle the street car question Tuesday. Do not be deceived by the statements of the radical. Vote so that you will have good transportation immediately. Do you want this question harped on in the primaries next June the general election next November and possibly the City election[in 1921? There is no assurance that a revaluation of the property would lower the present figures. There is just as great a chance that a revaluation would increase the present figures greatly. The City Council has no funds with which to pay for a new in ventory and valuation and cannot get funds until the Legislature grants authority for a bond issue to pay for it.
