The governor's mansion was damaged to the extent ot $10, 000 by fire at 3 o'clock this morning. Governor Folk, his wife and guests had to seek quarters at a near-by hotel. The governor was aroused by crackling flames. and tele phoned the fire department. After seeing his wife and five guests salely out the governor devoted himself to saving the p ortraits of his predecessors in o flice pending the arrival of the Ivpt m.
