BAKING POWDER DVMPLINOS.
1 cup Hour, 2 teaspoons linking

sor milk or water.
8ift dry ingredients, stir in the milk
or water and mix to smooth baiter.
Droy a teaspoon at a time in the boil
ing soup; cover kettle, let boil five min.

with bits of butter, place in but oven
until browned and puffed.

Pour clear boiling soup tnreen over

hot water, milk or soup stock, % tea

teaspoon chopped parsley.
Scald the cracker crumbs with the
hot soup or water, add the egg anti
seasonings. Drop with teaspmm Into

EGG BALIA
2 yolks, cooked; 1 raw egg yolk,
teaspoon salt, 1-1(1 teaspoon pepper. %
teaspoon melted butter.
Hub yolks through sieve, add Season

roll In flour and fry In a little butter,
