Why School Children Break Down. "Many pupils of our school are al lowed t"o attend theatres, social func tion, mid the thoiisiitid-aiid-one enter tuiiiineiiU which keep them out late at night and seriously impair their health when combined with school work. Wo hear often, in these days, about the nervous breakdowns of students. It is rarely the high pteMuio of avhool work which produces this result, but in ex cess of outside atractiolis combined with study. This is a matter absolute ly within the province of tho hoiiiu to correct. "There are some parent swho resent criticism ax to their methods of bringing up their children, especially from one who bin not been a mother. Whilu they like to see children en masse behaving in a proper manner they do not like to take their own children "too seriously, I am reminded of tho story of the ignor ant mother who was rebuked for feeding her year-obi banc, with suit hernnir. '1 guess I know how to bring up my chil dren,' she exclaimed, indignantly, 'I've buried ten.' "Suburban Life Magazine lor .oveniier. Saved by Hii Wife.
