Arthur Burgin, colored, was before the mayor's court yester day charged, with fighting, for which he was fined three dollars and cost. " The rumpus started in Burgin's restaurant, at the depot, and the evidence showed that the quarrel began over what Mack Barber 1 claimed to be wrong change. Barber will be before the court today to have a hearing about the matter. Burgin will also be up again to prove that he right change was made.
