Postmaster Albright has received a Communication from Postmaster-Gen eral Bissell, stating that there will be established in the government buildings on the World's fair grounds a branch of the Chicago postoflice, which will con tinue during the entire period of the fair. This branch office will be for the benefit of persons who do not know when leaving their homes the precise lo cation of the Chicago office. The Presbyterian Sunday School Out on Its Annual Picnic. The Presbyterian Sunday school left this morning for Mebane and will hold its annual picnic to-day in the beautiful grove of the old Bingham school grounds. Two passenger coaches, loaded with happy children, left the depot at an early hour. A box car containing baskets and all things necessary for a day in the woods was attached, and the day prom ised to be a delightful one. The children were chaperoned by the parents and teachers of the school and the party left with the most pleasant anticipations. Branch, the printer whose misfortune in swallowing a large dose of hartshorn last winter, thereby causing a stricture of the windpipe, and whose life was sev eral times despaired of, returned last night from Atlanta, where he has been in the Grady hospital for eight months, restored to health. Mr. Branch is still unable to swallow. He can take nothing but liquids, and these only through a tube in his stomach. The tube has a stopper which he removes when feeding time comes, and pours in a pint of soup, milk, or whatever fluid food he may care to take.
