Mrs. Mills presented Mrs. R. B. Green, who very forcefully stressed the need of the backing of ail the citizens of Henderson In carrying «>ut the unemployment program now in progress. The club voted to sup port Mrs. Green and her committee In this worthy undertaking. It was decided to plan a “Clean-Up and Paint-Up Week" in April, and in this way many unemployed should be given work. Mrs. W. R. Cash Is Society Hostess The Woman's Missionary Society of South Henderson Baptist church held its regular meeting ou Monday aft ernoon, March 21, in the home of Mr 3. J. L. Cash with Mrs. Lewis Vick, the president, presiding. The meeting opened with the song, "What a Friend We Have In Jesus.” The subject for study, 'Tithing and Offering," was then introduced. The seven tithes were represented by Mrs. E. M. Hamlet, Mrs. Jim Stokes, Mrs. R. H. Delihite, Mrs. Mattie Lassiter, Mrs. J. L. Cash and Mrs. Pattie Honecutt. A solo, “Why Should He Love Me So.” was rendered by Mrs. Mattie Robertson. One new member was added to the roll. Mrs. A. L. Knight.
