received until 10 o’clock a. rn., June
•20th, 1930 by the Local Government
' Commission of North Carolina, at it 3
office in Raleigh, for the above note
dated June 28th, 1933 and maturing
November Ist, 1933, without option or
prior payment. There will be no auc
tion. Interest rate of 6 perent per
annum. The note will be awarded at
the highest price offered not less than
ipar and accrued interest. Principal
and interest payable in Henderson, N.
C. Interest payable at maturity.
Bidders must present with their bids
ia certified check upon an incorporat
ed bank or trust company, payable
unconditionally to the order of the
State Treasurer for one-half of one

Vance County, North Carolina, in

ing for the purpose of removing said
R. S. McCoin, as Trustee and sub
stituting therefor a Trustee in his
name, place and stead in the above
mentioned Deed of Trust. The de
