Kotecki, city controller of Mil waukee, Wis., as the result of his indictment several months ago on a charge of malfeasance in office led to Kotecki’s shooting' of hia deputy, William Wendt, in the Milwaukee city hall. Kotecki, who had been Wendt’s close asso ciate for 20 years, then fired into his own head, inflicting a fatal wound. The deputy was ex pected to recover.
