the County of Vance .this is to notify
all persons holding claims against

son, N. C., before the 12th day of
September ,1935, or this notice will be
pleaded in par of their recovery. All

please make immediate settlement.

Deed of Trust, executed by W. M.
Coffin and his wife, Henrietta Alston
Coffin, recorded in the office of the
Register of Deeds of Vance County
in Book 169 at Page 38, default pav
ing been made in the payment of the
debt therein secured, on request of
the holder of the same, I shall sell by
public auction, to the highest bidder
for cash, at the Court House door in
Henderson, at 12 o’clock, noon, on
Friday, the 28th day of September,
1934, the following described prop
erty:
Begin at a stake on Granite Street
two hundred and fifty feet from
Chestnut Street and run thence along
the line of Lot No. 8 in a southwest
erly direction one hundred and fifty
(150) feet to a stake, back corner of
Lot No. 8, thence South 29 degrees 25
minutes East parallel with Granite
Street fifty (50) feet to back corner
of Lot No. 6, thence along line of Lot
No. 6 in a Northeasterly direction one
hundred and fifty feet (150) to a stake
on Granite Street, thence along Gran
ite Street North 29 degrees 25 minutes
West fifty (50) feet to the place of
beginning, being Lot No. 7 as shown
on a plat of I. J. Young property
made by R. G. Ball C. E. April 1930.
Same being the residence lot and
present home place of W. M. Coffin
and wife on Granite Street, Hender
son, North Carolina.
