opening games of a three-months' sea
son will be staged on Lenoir ' College
athletic field tomorrow afternoon, be
ginning at 2:15 o'clock.
For nearly six weeks the members
of these schools have been in training,
the teams strengthened and all four
nines will ent?r the contests primed
for real baseball. There is a great
leal cf interest in the 'gieat-- natonal'
pastime here and the attendance is ex
pected to be encouraging. If it is large
