Dozier, who is Supreme Commander of the Regents of the White bhield, an organization which exists in Alabama and several other Southern States for the pro motion of white supremacy, has mailed a letter to Miss Lillian Jewett, who sometime ago took that South Carolina negro family to Boston, where thev were stranded, and who now proposes to lead an army of black crusaders to New Orleans to avenge the death of the negro murderer, Rob ert Charles, and wage war on the Southern people.
