Thom as, dated May 31st, 1907, recorded in Book 51 at page 291. 2ud Tract: One lot on Palmetto Railway and Henderson street 105 by 210 feet, known as part of the Speer property, conveyed to W. H. Thomas by E. A. Lackey by deed dated April 5th, 1898, recorded in Book K. K. K. page 414, and fully described therein. 3rd Tract: A lot on West avenue 50 feet by 175 feet, known as the Hamp Townsend lot, fully described in deed from A. S. Dockery, com missioner, to W. H. Thomas, dated September 28th, 1908, recorded in Book 5f at page 280. 4th Tract: A lot on Bridgers street 74 feet by 300 feet, described by metes and bounds in deed from l. M. Morrison to W. H.
