READY TO BUILD — Final details on construction of a $460,000 building of 170 000
square feet for occupancy by Nu-ldea Furniture Co. were worked out in Loris Monday.

confer on final plans. Earlier conferences were held with officials of the Atlantic Coast
Line Railroad Co. on the location of a spur track into the plant. Final surveys of the site
were completed Monday and purchase of the property ik expected to be completed this
week. Initial funds for use in purchase of the property and construction must come from
a $92,001 Jobs-For-Men bond issue of LIDI. w ith $368,000 in funds from the Small Business
Administration and Farmers Bank becoming available after LIDI has expended that $92,000.
Bond subscribers were asked this week to rush final payment on their bonds to Loris In
