sale and will sell at public
auction, for cash, to the high
est bidder, at the Town Office
door in Tabor City, at 12:00
o'clock. Noon, on Monday, the
9th day of July, 1963, liens up
on the real estate described
below fur the nonpayment of
taxes owing for the year 1962,
the name of the owner or the
person who listed the real
estate fur taxes, the real estate
which is subject to the lien,
and the amount of the lien
being set out below. Reference
is made to the records in the
office of the Register of Deeds
of Columbus County for more
particular description of said
real estate. And notice is here
by given that the amounts ot
the liens set out below are sub
ject to the addition of penalt- |
ies as provided by law, and

dessert.
Corn Meal Dumplings are a
delicious accompaniment for
your favorite chicken stew or
fresh spring or summer greens.
Combine 1 egg, 1-4 cup milk
and 1 taklespoon melted short
ening or oil. Add to 3-4 cup
enriched self-rising corn meal,
stirring until all corn meal is
moistened. Batter should be
quite thick. Drop by teaspoon
fuls on top of simmering stew
or greens. Cover. Simmer 20
minutes, or until dumplings
are cooked. Makes 4 to 6 serv
ings.
