The Hartford Chronicle Page Thirteen OBSERVE HOME COMING SERVICE Sunday, Oct. 27, will mark the fourth in the series of an nual home coming services be ing currently held at Talcott St. Congregational Church. At this service the women of the church will be in charge. Mrs. John B. Stewart, Sr., will preside. The guest speaker for the occasion will be Mrs. Ethel Hale, at present supervisor of group work at the Union Settle ment on Market Street. Mrs. Hale is a graduate of "West Virginia State College, and has done graduate work at "Western Reserve University, and the University of Pa. She has taught history, elementary so ciology, and music, and has worked as a child welfare worker in Cleveland, Ohio. HARTFORD ASSOC.
