Joe Louis' tour of Central and South America should do more to combat the Nazi influ ence that is allegedly rising down there, than all of the half hearted protests that pour forth from the press, radio, and pul pits of this country. Louis being the nearest ap proach to "Superman" in the world today, it will be very difficult ,to sell the silly terms "Master Race" and "Nordic Supjeriority" to the excitable Latin Americans. Ezzard Charles, the light heavyweight pride of Cincinatti has just about earned -himself a shot at Champ Gus Lesne yich's crown by kayoing Billy Smith of Oakland, California, in five rounds last .
