The program wlil mark the closing of the Vocational Opportunity Campaign; an annual effort of the National Urban League to stimulate youth and adults into pre paring themselves for better job opportunities. Mr. Jackson, Chairman in charge of interesting the business personnel of the, city in this movement is very prominent in the civic business, and political life of the state. An ardent booster of the Junior Chamber of Commreee and a member ; his main in terest has been in the development of new business enterprises started by our youth. He is proprietor of the Watch Crystal Clinic and Treasurer of The Connecticut Enterprises owners and publishers of the Chronicle. ! Camille Williams, popular young singer, whose first ap pearance in Hartford at Bush nell last Monday was an out standing success. After a tour of New England Miss Williams will appear at Hollywood Bowl in a concert. Here debut was made at her Alma Mater, Virginia State College.
