law are mnde by the Mayor of tho City
of New Haven and the First Selectman
of the Town of Orange, designating the
route by which nil automobiles and
carriages, both publlo and private, shall
approach Yale Field to leave their pas
sengers and to call for them on Tues
day afternoon, June 23, 1906.
Between the hour of 1 p. m. and 8:30
b. m. on said "day. all automobile and
carriage, both public and private, will
be required to keep on the right hand
or northerly side of the car tracks on
Chapel street westerly from York
street, to Norton street, and thence to
Chapel street, to Centrsl avenue, thence

tln.ntlon; and no automobiles or car
riage will be permitted to enter Derby
avenue from Chapel street, from Nor
ton street, from George street, irom
Wlnttirop avenue, or from Miswortn

Norton street, nor upon any part of

ordinance of the City of New Haven:
Be It Ordained by the Board of Alder
men of the City of New Haven:
The depositing or throwing of any
waste paper, tin can, pall, box, basket,
old Rhoes and hoots, dead animal, fruit
or piece of fruit, garbage, cinders,
ashes, refuse, rubbish, or waste of any
kind upon or In any vacant lot In the
cltv. whether Inclosed or open, or In
any feutter, catch basin, or man hole lir
any of the publlo streets or squares of
the city, Is hereby forbidden, excepting
the deposit of cinders and ashes In
those cases where written permission H
first obtained of the Police Department
or the Board of Health, and except that
the deposit of any waste paper, tin can,
pall, box, basket, old shoes and boots,
dead animal, fruit or plenes of fruit
garbage, cinders, sshe, refuse, rubbish,
or waste of ny kind, I hereby permit
ted In those places which may be desig
nated by either the police department
or the Board of Health as a dumping
place or ground. And every owner or
occupant of any such vacant lot and
every landlord or agent of the landlord
having general charge of such premis
