sembly of the State of Illinois, en
titled. "An Act to Amend Sections
I, j. ::, l. 5 and 6 of an Act to provide
additional means for the construction
ol Hidcwalka In Cities, Towns and Vil
lages," approved April 15, 1875; In
force duly I, 1.875, and to add two tic
sections thereto, to be known us sec
tions 7 and 8. In force May IS. 1903,
as amended by an Act to Amend Sec
Hon 8, approved May 2.".. 1907. anil in
force July I, 1907.
Sec 8- This ordinance shall take
effect ami bo in force from and after
thirty days after its passage, approval
and recording.
Sic 9 AH ordinances or parts of
ordinances In conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
